RETURN POLICY
Within 30 days of receipt of merchandise, you may return any unused product in its original condition - excluding personalized items. Used or personalized items may not be returned.
All clearance items are final sale and can not be returned.
Product that is not in it's original condition will not be accepted for return. Shoes that have been worn outside will not be accepted for return [Video DVDs & CDs must still have original shrink wrap packaging intact].
We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return that meets these conditions [shipping charges are not refundable].
